What I Eat in a Day!

Hi! So I’ve recently been changing up what I eat for both health reasons & to fuel my body properly. I wanted to share with you all some of my favorite meals and also what a full day of eating consists of for me! Please note that everyday id different and I eat different things. Some days I start off with a light breakfast and other days I wanted fluffy buttery pancakes so I eat whatever my body craves but in moderation.

Breakfast:
– bowl of fruit
– oatmeal with apples, peanut butter & cinnamon
– spinach & feta cheese omelet

Lunch:
– greek salad with grilled chicken
– rice & beans (lentils/ black beans/ chickpeas)
– sandwich with turkey, cheese, lettuce & tomato

Dinner:
– pasta with pesto & grilled chicken
– roasted veggies with grilled chicken
– salmon, asparagus with a corn & feta cheese mint salad
