Hi guys! I wanted to share with you one of my favorite smoothie recipes!
It’s SO easy to make, super delicious & only it takes less than 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
1 handful of Blueberries
1 handful of Spinach
1/4 cups of Water or Coconut Water
That is all you need, just put in the blender and your all done!
