Hi guys! So I loved doing my how to style: a corduroy skirt, and I thought I would do a how to style post and video once a week! This week I decided to do a how to style: flare jeans. The ones I chose to style are a dark indigo color, they are high waisted and have no actual pockets on either the front or the back. They were originally really long on me since I’m only 5’1 but I got them taken in and they fit absolutely perfect! Since this style is high waisted and flared at the end they make you look curvy in all the right areas as well as giving the illusion of having super long legs, which I love!

Now lets talk about about the first outfit, I wanted this look to be something super easy to just throw on and go. I started with the flare jeans and styled it with a plain white waffle knit sweater to give it a more relaxed look. For accessories I added a black and white bandana around my neck for some detail and for shoes I wore a pair of black faux suede booties. This look was super simple but looks put together, perfect for a day when you have no time to look through your closet but you want to look like you spent time on your outfit.

For my second outfit again I started with the same flare jeans, this time I paired it with a grey t-shirt and added my black leather jacket on top. Just by added my leather jacket it completely changed the look of this outfit. For accessories I added my go to black choker and for shoes I wore the same black faux suede booties.

My last look was one of my favorites. I simply added my off the shoulder cream colored top, with a chestnut colored wrap choker that went perfectly with my Jeffrey Campbell look alike Cors booties. I found these at Forever 21 and were a total steal!
